At the other place an order placed on the app, they transferred my order to this place and then never delivered my food and when I called 1 and 2 hours later. they wanted to recharge me. they had to call several times to find out, and they let me call the others to tell them what was going on instead of turning to their other location. beyond unsatisfactory experience. and very unprofessional.

Aaabsolut amazing brot! for me it is buttery and chewing and a taste like no other! the vegetables were fresh, crisp and mixed all the aromen very well. the customer service was at the top and the atmosphere was a nice change from the lively autobahn. back and friendly. terrible and respectful. many thanks! we're coming back!

This place is in the regular solid and I come quite often for lunch breaks because of the convenientities of efficiency and location. I have received an order for a bootlegger with wobble and no tomaten received a simple turkey sandwich with salat (missing bratbeef and wobble.) so I go back to exchange it to ask for the same sandwich I originally ordered (do not give tomaten again on the register) and get it with tomaten this time. I would not have published this complaint, but it was delivered with the fastest “here they regret that” I have ever received and the order was still wrong, the second going around. it is free to be respectful and provide a good customer service.

I ordered last night through the app. I had order the 8in pepe without mayonnaise add pickles, onions, and mustard. The sandwich was made with care and delivered with care.The only thing was the driver called me and told me to meet him outside instead of walking to the door but he ended up satisfying the customer. Thank you for doing what delivery means.Thats why it's 4 star instead of 5
