Starbucks - Colorado Springs

This place is full of wonderful, cheerful and very helpful and friendly staff every time I come here. I was surprised this time with an additional free drink from the dame in the window. I'm sorry I didn't get her name, and I was angry when I found that there was no money in my wallet today because I would like to have big tips. next time, I'll tap more to make my unpreparation today. I appreciate each one of you!

Customer service great. But for some reason this location can never get my drink right no matter how I try to explain it to them. Other locations seem to always get it spot on.

1st of all they were rude the girl of the window kept rolling her eyes when I asked for straws, twice, they didn't make my drink right they didn't make 2 drinks right so when I asked them to correct it they got an attitude I will not be going back to this Starbucks!

The ladies were amazing!! Excellent customer service ? made my coffee to perfection... love the fact that they made conversation with me.. you don't get that in many Starbucks locations!!!Live my new Military Coffee cups? This mama definitely supports my son and all these who serve Thank you all for your service ?
