Sonic Drive-in - Colorado Springs

This is by far the worst sonic in the whole chain and it is not even close. my only experience with this location was the order on the mobile app and go to a stall as reliant, in the app on which stall I wait. then 20 minutes later with a worker coming to my car from the load to tell me that the stall service was canceled for the day and all orders must be picked up during the trip, which at this time had 15 cars in it. that will wait 30-40 minutes. sonic is not an hour waiting. then, to get my refund for the food I was paid for, but never received, was a big task that was several phone calls and emails. not only will I never go to this place again, I am doubtful, I will ever go sonic again.

My tots are great. Ordered the chicken sandwich, which is supposed to come with lettuce and tomato. Mine only had onion and pickle and doesn't really look like chicken. Chili dog is dry and slushy is not very slushy. Barely any ice in it.

This is the second time I've been to this location to order a drink the last time I was here I pressed the button and waited 7 minutes and never got served this time I waited 5 minutes and is yet have not been served well I should say I'm not even been able to order either times. So open up this app opened up this app and proceeded to write a review of this establishment I chose not to call it a dinning facility as so far each time I've been here I've never been able to l order drink, or food. No I'm at this is really if you drive up as I did notice and counted this time before I left 27 cars drove through the drive-thru on my arrival and my departure without even being able to order. It would be nice for this establishment to remove all parking areas and menus from Said Park areas instead of wasting your customers.... (well I can't say customers as I never did get served) time. But in retrospect I guess this is the norm and not the exception as I recall the time before last I was here the only way I got served was by driving through the drive-thru. So I had to say if you like sitting in drive through lines this is the place to go but for anything else I suggest you go elsewhere.

Yep this place sucks, if your in a hurry do not come here . I pulled into the stall push the button an the women says we're not taking orders from the stalls u have to pull thru the drive thru... 30 min later still not to the window. Sad sad sad these guys need to learn how to do fast food

I love sonic, but this location is so disappointing. It's my fault that I keep giving it a chance every 6or 8 months but nothing changes. You'll sit at a bay and never get called on, so you go through the drive through and let them know their bays might not be working and they confirm they do work. Mind you, there were 4 cars total so they weren't very busy so to not even acknowledge anybody. They had no apologies or sympathy, or any customer service.
