Smashburger - Colorado Springs

I went through the ride thru and ordered a few bacon avocado burgers and a sequence of points. I waited 20 minutes in the pay window. I've been there so long that the person went behind me and went in to get his food. He's got his first. When they gave me the food, they offered no excuse or explanation. I asked what took so long. They murmured something about the old note and had to spend three minutes to make new ones. I was home and the feet were cold. Not even a little warm. The burgers were probably made at the beginning and then wait in the bag for 20 minutes until they ?new? deads because when we unwopped the burgers, the bungalows were frigid and the meat was completely cold. Incredibly bad quality and terrible customer service.

I moved to the drive-thru of this Smashburger last night at 8:35 a.m. (this is a Saturday night, so they are likely to be open until 10 a.m.). I ordered a Colorado burger, then the girl tells me about the speaker that we just have a really big Door Dash order and then we close. I'm answering something shocked to confirm what I just understood so you can't make me a single burger? The girl at the other end says no, we can't. Seriously! Not okay.

We went here to catch something fast and it was terrible from the beginning to the end. At first, they only accepted cash that I thanked. I waited in the window for my food for over 10 minutes. I had already paid so I couldn't or would've gone. Sadly, there were people behind me who had no cash and didn't order anything. When I asked the guy if I could go to the parking lot because he said my food would be another 5 minutes, he seemed shocked. There was also a little girl who went to the kitchen. The cherry above was the burgers, fries and milkshake were not delicious. I often leave no negative reviews, but this restaurant is not worthy of your patronage.

First, the store only accepted cash, unless you ordered online. Secondly, I ordered a Cob salad and I got what looked like a side salad and it had the chicken on it or dressing in the bag. I tried to call immediately and an hour later they're still not on the phone.

First time to this location. I forgot to order my wife?s burger well done, so I requested another hamburger cooked well done. The staff promptly cooked one and it was perfect. Service was great, too!
