Pizza Hut - Colorado Springs

I didn't send the wings I ordered and paid for, for which I was the only thing I wanted, and instead sent a new promotion pizza, but not even the right one in pepperoni and meat made and not even added this torf.

Well was a good fast place till tonight first time ordering thru the web site, placed the order at 9:22 and it is now 10:50 and just got my pizza we not make this mistake again.

This Pizza Hut needs to get it together. We ordered a few pizzas at 525pm and got a notification our pizza was on the way at about 620pm. 7pm rolls around, an hour and a half after we ordered, and still nothing. Called the store up and asked where our pizza was and the kid that answered who is a manager apparently had to look up everything and then said that doordash must not have picked up our pizza. He then said after talking to the “other manager” that they could either give me credit on my account or remake the pizza and have their delivery driver bring it more then two hours later. So your telling me our pizza has been sitting at your store just chilling on the shelf and none of you saw it or say anything to the customers? You weren’t even going to call or contact your customers to let people know that they aren’t actually getting their pizzas? Come on. What poor management. Should be embarrassed.

Made an order for about $65 last night two of the pizzas were wrong. Tried to call back same night but got disconnected. I tried calling again today and I was told the store’s system is down so they can’t take calls nor can they take any order or look up any previous order, so I asked the guy if his purpose for answering the call is to let people know the store can’t take any calls right now but they can still go inside the store and…. He says yes ?

Within the past month that I've ordered from them, my pizzas have been awesome. I did a carry out once in the beginning of April and a delivery at the end of April. The customer service has been great both in store and delivery. And they didn't forget my dressing that I paid extra for. Might seem small, but it happens very often.
