Old Chicago Pizza Taproom

I haven't been to Old Chicago for years. Shortly after lunch we came so slowly into this situation. Anna was our waiter and she was brilliant. So much energy and I think she was the only waitress who helped 6 different tables, but we never felt forgotten. Great food too.

Best food! Best waitress! (When management reads... she wears a scarf on her head) We eat a relaxing dinner and watch CHIEFS game. I've never eaten there and it was a great experience. It's nice that there's a GF pizza, but I just can't be confronted with cauliflower dough. It tastes like cauliflower. Much better on rice basis.

After work for a beer and pasta. Had the lasagna that was excellent. Beer selection is very good as the service. Will return.

Grabed a pizza after an Air Force football game (we beat CU and was super impressed by Bill the Manager and Molly our server. They really wanted to make sure our visit was perfect. We ordered the Chicago 7 and it was great. We even have a cookie pizza to finish the meal. I love it!!!

We stopped here to celebrate my son graduating and they were very short staffed that day. Our waitress was AMAZING. She was doing it all with one bartender and one other waitress (downstairs). The manager was bussing tables and I was really impressed with how well they were holding it together. The food was delicious, great prices, gluten-free options and the best service. We had a cool spot at the window upstairs that the kids loved.
