Lemongrass Bistro - Colorado Springs

Really enjoyed our chicken pho and perfectly seasoned pork chop. Fresh lemonade was also great. Server was super nice.

I didn't have much Pho, but from the four different locations I tried, that was the best. Flavorful broth, meat was fine, well cut, but perhaps slightly boiled in the direction. Noodles were cooked for perfection, and the whole vegetables were very fresh. The hot and acid soup offered at the beginning of the meal was a surprise and a welcome! Very tasteful and true for the name. The dining area was clean and the staff was very attentive and pleasant during our meal.

Great Vietnamese restaurant! I had the grilled beef ribs rice plate with an order of Vietnamese egg rolls. The egg rolls were deliciously crispy and came with noodles. The grilled beef ribs were juicy, smokey and tasteful. My only complaint is that there was not enough rice; it should come with more rice as it is a rice plate. My husband enjoyed his chicken pho. Service was friendly. Definitely a good Vietnamese place for Colorado Springs. There is a delicious ice cream spot next door.

Food was the best Vietnamese we have ever had. Reasonable. Pleasant service. We 'll definitely be back. They had Pho which was exceptional. No skimping on the meat. Rice paper wraps were delicious. Everything showed attention to detail. Two other tables, as they left, said, That was amazing. They weren 't wrong.
