Kohnami Sushi - Colorado Springs

This place serves the highest-quality sushi. The freshness and quality of the fish was unquestionable. You can tell that the owner takes extra time to choose the freshest fish and is reflected in the sushi because it did not taste fishy at all. The restaurant was small and intimate. When you walk into the restaurant, you feel like you are in a private sushi house. My family and I enjoyed our experience at Kohnami Sushi :

This place is great! I have been here several times, and it continues to be my go-to sushi place. I ordered sashimi and several rolls, they were delicious. The presentation was phenomenal.Food: 5/5

This place is owned by husband and wife. The food is authentic, delicious, great quality fish. Although may take a bit more time for the food to be made, its because the husband takes his time preparing each dish with love and precision. Amazing food! I appreciate this type of service and respect the authenticity this couple takes pride in. They have owned this restaurant for 21 years I believe. I can't wait to go back

Delicious food! I don't recommend ordering through Grubhub though. There were issues with my order but they were very gracious in helping me correct it and they didn't have to be. I do not recommend eating here if you are in a hurry, because it is very small. Grubhub said the order would be ready in 30 minutes, but in the app they had changed it to 1-1.5 hrs, and I didn't realize it. Now that these issues are squared away I know what to do and will definitely eat here again!

Excellent little sushi shop. Super unexpected to have some of the best sushi I've ever had in a shop in Colorado Springs. The staff are super friendly and you can tell its run with passion and is family owned. Will go again and recommend it to everyone I can 6/10 stars!Food: 5/5
