Kfc - Colorado Springs

Ordered popcorn chicken comb and classic chicken sandwich combination. only a part of the meal that was edible was the root beer and tee. huhn was cold and hard, fries were cold, no butter or honey for cookies and no sauce for popcorn huhn. in the inner was not open, only passing through. we will not be back.

The lobby is always closed almost every time I try to come to lunch.

I have frequented here about three times and then gave up. The chicken and biscuits are always dry, and seem like they have been just sitting there under the heat lamps for a long time. Update June 2022 I tried this place again. Not as bad as usual. Service was quick, and overall food was fresh and hot.

Absolutely horrible freaking terrible.went in there a few minutes ago there were 5 people behind the line standing not even busy.i stood there for 10 minutes before anyone noticed I was there.the line cook walked out of the bathroom with his apron on still and the other people were standing there doing absolutely nothing at all and they had the nerve to look me in the eyes and walked straight to the back.iv never had that kind of disrespect from thus trash place .never get my service again.rude lazy people.

Not busy Friday night, 630 pm. Soggy Fries, Smashed burger. And Spicy specialty chicken sandwich that was worse value ever. Never going back
