6 of us on reservation - we all liked our food. How to expect at The Broadmoor Hotel. But this review is for service. Evan S needs a raise. He explained everything with precision and gave us very little question. He was also personal and had a sense of humor.

Had the cooking choice, delicious 4-course menu. Forget to take pictures of the rest. Sorbet and tiramisu were great. Bolognese and Rotisserie chickens had to die.

We made a last minute reservation and happy about it. The lasagna was the right portion size and tasted amazing. My husband had the Ravioli and was equally impressed. Child options range from $8-10-pasta, grilled cheese, chicken finger, pbj. I wish we had a bit earlier, so we could use the view, but it was beautiful at night.

Ate here on vacation. Absolutely amazing food and atmosphere. Laid back, yet elegant. Food was perfection. Our waitress was extremely helpful, patient with some Texans, and made our experience the best we had in Colorado! Sit in Jilissa’s table and you will love your experience!

Truly outstanding food with excellent service. The best Italian food I have had outside of Italy. Great location.
