Bidrage med feedbackAmazing atmosphere and all the managers were super friendly and talkative. the food was pretty good compared to other stores. and they got us through the line really fast.
Wow. Amazing service! I ordered online to the wrong store. It was 100% my mistake and they took 100% the responsibility. Yola and her team are amazing!!!
I think QC for Chipotle Corp needs to come in and taste test this location, the food (especially the Gauc) is so salty I had to return my last order. After returning my order, my partner reminded me that this wasn 't the first time we 've had the overly salty issue at this particular kitchen. In my mind, this is how the storyline goes: Employee is jamming out to Natalie Merchant (post 10,000 maniacs) whenever s/he is making said Guacamole, and as we are all suspect of doing, they get overly enthused by Ms. Merchants vocal range and they misread 1tsp for 10 cups of salt.
This is the absolute worst chipotle to get door dash food from. They gave my order away to someone else and didn't even correctly remake the order I ordered. I have to get a refund from door dash 90% of the time. I'm getting really sick of ordering from here and having them not give a **** about what's in the order. The amount of money wasted here is embarrassing for me. If I could order door dash from ANY OTHER CHIPOTLE, I promise you I would.
Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice: shame on me. With that said, we gave this location a few chances and I have to say- this is one of the most disorganized and rude establishments that we've ever visited. The staff today (Th, 6.17.21) couldn't figure their way out of a large chip bag to save their lives. The emo dark haired guy at the register threw the bag at me, because- you ready? They made a mistake on the guac (another typical thing of this location) and we corrected them, tactfully and that created instant butthurt with the staff. The blond skinny guy too- he yelled at another customer and told my wife that she was wrong about the guac. They're *ALWAYS* running low on rice. I'm talking stopping the entire line to wait for about 5-10 for the next batch of rice. Rice- one the most basic building blocks in the chipotle arsenal. That's like going into a tire shop and they're always out of tires. The servers always seem upset, especially if you ask for something extra- like rice. I say rid the store of all current employees and try again with people who know how to properly communicate and serve. It's a business: I give you my money and you serve. I feel bad that this store is representing chipotle in any way. Big miss on this one.
