Bidrage med feedbackOh, my God! I lived in the spring for a year and 7 months and could never find a good Chinese place to date! Honestly, I ordered from here because the owner is a wilder with all the answers that make me laugh so hard. I had a bad day until I read it, but still, back to dinner! So I was honestly really skeptical to order something because the last Chinese places I went to were so bad. No taste, tasteful like hospital food, literally. It was so disgusting! Then I order here and the orange chicken looked good! So I was like... Then I had a bite and it was so good! Super tasteful and sweet as I like it! Then I had the crabs and they were SOO GOOD TOO! I feel like it's not real, as it has taken me forever to find a good place. I feel like the crabworm has more filling, but I can't change the menu! I had the fried rice and not as tasteful as I like it, but that's okay! The crabs Ragoons and the orange chicken have taken care of. If you are nervous to go to a Chinese restaurant, I hope you read my review and go here! So delicious! Sorry for the long review I'm just so excited to find a good Chinese place!
This is a wonderful, family-run Chinese restaurant that has been working for years at the same place in downtown Colorado Springs. I've gone over the years and never been disappointed! The service is excellent and they have some of the best Chinese food in the city. Almost every time I left, I got the Chow Fun Shei- a delicious, slightly spicy pork with noodles. It is wonderfully aromatized and is a very large part of food, so you have guaranteed residues. I also enjoy the Curry Chicken and Mongolian Beef. China City Restaurant is a reason to downtown Colorado Springs and I will always consider myself a loyal customer for their business.
This restaurant was really hit hard by COVID 19, and for a long time, offered only take-out service. But they are back and running, and today I ordered Beijing Duck for the first time in years. It was exquisite. However, I recommend China Town for all its dishes. As a sit-down restaurant, the damped clothing they offer to guests to clean their hands and faces before eating, the place offers a special kind of delicacies and class.
After moving to the sources 5 years ago my husband and I tried many Chinese restaurants in the city and just couldn't find them until we stumbled in China Town a year ago. The food is great, especially the crispy duck and beef broccoli. The staff is always nice and friendly, the restaurant is clean, and we never had an excessive waiting time for our food. I always recommend China Town to friends.
Ordered carry-out: two appetizers. Two soups a chicken entree with white rice. This dinner was honestly the best Chinese food dinner I’ve had since moving to Colorado. Everything was delectable I had to stop myself from over-eating. Was hot, fresh delicious. Remembered their lunch special was also so much food for an affordable price. Dinner did not disappoint! No one was in the restaurant for dinner when I picked-up. Only detriment is the outside of the building is very rough the parking lot needs its’ potholes filled. Also, the portion for sweet sour sauce was very small, but both are situational easy fixes! Honestly, I can’t wait to try more of their menu the next time I order Chinese food.
