Carlos Miguels Mexican And Grill

A last three times we’ve visited Carlos Miguel’s, it just hasn’t been that good. The service has been terrible. They do have a nice outdoor seating area. I thought their queso was terrible. The fajitas are a safe bet.

Carlos and his family have created an amazing atmosphere with even better food. It is authentic mexican food that is above all others in the Denver Metro area.

During our visit to Colorado Springs, we were uncertain about where to find some good Mexican food. By chance, we discovered Carlos Miguel's after our trip to the zoo, and we were pleasantly surprised. The food and service were outstanding! The atmosphere was delightful, and we thoroughly enjoyed our experience. We can't wait to return to the Springs soon, and Carlos Miguel's will definitely be on our list of places to visit!

This place is quite small, but it's always bustling with customers. The reason? They serve incredible food and provide excellent service. Their breakfasts are massive, and if you're a fan of spicy dishes, be sure to try the vegetarian green chili. It’s generously poured over your breakfast. Absolutely fantastic!
