Black-eyed Pea - Colorado Springs

Really delicious food and a relaxing environment to enjoy it. Our first experience we have ordered online is even better! Ms. Stacy at the bar mixes some wonderful spirits while giving a big smile! I recommend this facility to anyone who loves good food! This is a low fear facility so its great for people with fear. Very recommended!

What is not really to love. Very good food for the price? Check. Massive portions that are the cause of many a joke from a European? Yupper. Some old people look at you because you're still young and drop them with envy? That too. It is a great place for some comfort eating all the horrible jokes aside. Don't worry, I love old people.

Visit COS and needed some “home cooking”. Until now twice this week. The first time I ordered land fried steak as my main dish. The second time I ordered chickens and dumplings. TBH, they weren't my favorite, but I'm biased to my grannies. You have a daily special if you are looking for your online menu. Ordering directly from their website to pick up was a breeze and my food was always ready at the time they said it was. I recommend this place for some home cooked meals.

With some former staff for lunch. It was delicious! I had the Shepherd's Pie. It was also amazingly crowded. I'm glad. I haven't been there for years. We're definitely going back!

I hadn't eaten at a Black-eyed Pea in probably 15 years (other parts of the country they closed down). They've still got it! The catfish and appetizers are so tasty. It's like a cracker barrel with flavor if you're on the fence about it. I'd describe it as comfort food.
