Santiago's - Colorado City

Slow service, food flavorless. I order senior plate of ground beef, rice and beans. I asked if ground beef was Picadillo. She didn't know. I explained that it was w/ diced onion, tomato potato. She replied no but I could order a side of Pico to put in it. Totally flavorless! Staff was rude when we asked for tea refills, said they were working on it. Waitress annoyed when we spilled glass of tea on table. Brought towel to clean it up, left towel on table, came back and picked up towel but did not dry table area. Not a pleasant experience for us. We were traveling, the experience dampen instead of lifting our spirits when we got on the road again. We did leave a tip!!

I remember when you got salsa and chips with mexican meals. We didnt get any hot sauce n chips and no napkins or ketchup. Nada! The food was nice and hot. The price seems high but if you get specials it helps..We were not or offered drinks or extras...:(We got it to go, che ck bag.
