Denny's - Colonial Heights

The assigned Waitress was prompt and courteous. My family and I enjoyed our foods. You guys great foods really made our day for a short days visit. Keep up the good work

This Denny's location is always great. It's clean, the service is pretty quick, and the staff are so kind and courteous. If they make a mistake with your order they are quick to fix it. I'm never disappointed when I come here.

This place has gone down hill. The pancakes looked and tasted like the frozen kind you get at the grocery store. They were super thin and not fluffy. Denny's used to have the best pancakes that actually tasted like yellow cake, but that was not the case on my last visit on Oct 8, 2022. I ordered the bacon extra crispy and got it with crispy edges on the short edge and what looked like raw in the middle. I was very disappointed.

Meal was well-cooked and waitress was very pleasant. However, their soup-of-the-day choices were not available and I was informed that they had not been available for a while also strawberry bites, another pictured menu item wasn't available. This Denny's is also located behind more prominent restaurants and in front of warehouses, not the most appealing views.

I absolutely loved the restaurant as soon as I walked in. The interior was beautifully decorated with nice fixtures. I ordered the Philly cheese omelet, which was filled with bell peppers, onions, mushrooms, and delicious cheese. The meat was cooked perfectly. The hash browns were also a generous portion, too much to finish in one sitting. The server was excellent, providing top-notch customer service throughout my meal.
