The service was acceptable, but the tables were not clean and the food was mediocre.

The customer service at this restaurant is very poor. Despite the good food, we waited over half an hour for our meals. The elderly server treated customers differently based on their perceived status. It is important to treat all customers equally, regardless of their wealth, because everyone pays for their meal. Failure to do so may result in losing customers, even if the food is delicious.

I believe this is the best Vegetable Biriyani in all of Sri Lanka. The take away service is excellent (although delivery is limited to certain areas). The staff is friendly and accommodating. The price is completely worthwhile for the great quality and generous portion sizes.
