La Fenice - COLOGNOLA AI COLLI

We were staying at a nearby hotel and walked down to the restaurant (5 minutes). We don’t speak any Italian so it was a laugh trying to Google translate the menu! When we worked out what we wanted the food came promptly, despite it being busy). The food was excellent and the wine even better! Great service and a really good price compared to the city restaurants we’d been eating in. If you’re in the area, please go, you’ll love it.

Nice place great food! Pizzas and pasta in top quality, even in gluten free version, friendly staff and nice authentic garden. Our best recommendations, we will visit again next time we are in the area.

We where staying in a local beautiful villa and decided to go for a walk around, we couldn't really find much so walked a little and came across this place. We called and booked for that evening and were welcomed and we decided to sit outside where there was several tables of locals. We had local wine and decided to order pizza as it looked good. I may say the service was good and the girl was pleasant. Our pizza came and was i would say one of the best I have had, then a tasty desert to end a chilled night. We went to pay and the owner who was inviting and friendly offered us a digestive I had lemoncello my husband is italian from Venice they had a good chat and we had a great night. This place is traditional which we loved and I would highly recommend a visit

We had the pleasure of making two trips to La Fenice I left my phone behind at lunch and had to return for dinner. It was a pleasure superb service and excellent food. I had a steak, my wife had a pork dish which was huge. Both were extremely fresh and tasty and were washed down with a local Soave. The service was friendly and attentive. We really enjoyed our visits and hope to return again soon.
