It is difficult to find a restaurant in the hyper center of Colmar that is not a tourist trap, and it is the case of the Winstub Flory. A little out of the beaten paths, in the quiet of a small welcoming place, this restaurant offers different regional dishes at correct rates. The staff is very friendly, smiling, effective and I take this opportunity to congratulate their linguistic capacity and smile. A nice address to Colmar, to redo.
