Pause Et Vous - Collonges-la-Rouge

A friendly but really slow service, even without any affluence. A giant dish.

Knowing rather well the region, I had never set foot in a restaurant of Collonges la Rouge. And if there's no, I'll say it's Pause. Located in front of the red church, the terrace offers a small family setting with fifteen tables. Speciality? The Corréen burger! Cantal, duck, smoky magret, red onions, accompanied by fries! For €15.5, it's worth it! It holds so much that a dessert is really not mandatory (desserts at 5.5€ . I didn't taste salted darts, but in the eye they look really consistent!

Very good service. Child menu fresh cooking. Very rare to report. Charming houses. Carpaccio beef and tuna Tres good and accompaniment For a balsamic ice and for the other pepper ice. The Hamburgers look delicious. Very good address in a nice place.

We took a relaxing break for a drink. Quick service, a surprising choice of beers despite the back season. Nice waitress. I recommend

We stopped for lunch on Saturday noon. Regional products of reasonable quality and price. We highly recommend this restaurant. Beautiful terrace and smiling service.
