Le Saltimbocca - Collioure

To be honest, I was leaving with a negative a priori, knowing the location and history of previous establishments. It is to contact that I quickly revised my judgment because pizzas are really at home and flat pasta as rich as good. Being vegetarian and firmly regected by some other restaurants we arrived here to a very friendly welcome were it was no trouble to make us some great vegetarian dishes, the gentleman who served us was wonderful.

My husband & I were in Collioure for 3 days at the beginning of October. On our last evening we had dinner at Le Saltimbocca. We ordered a shared plate of various local foods. It was delicious and we enjoyed it immensely. The staff were very pleasant, especially the big guy. He talked to my husband about the rugby and conversed easily in English. I speak a little French, but very slowly. All in all a great night and a good meal. Merci beaucoup.

We ordered a pizza from here and took it back to our apartment. It was only ok. There are better pizza options in Collioure.
