Bidrage med feedbackI ordered last night from my maccas app while the driver was assigned from doordash, I ordered large meals craving for fries while I received half fries and my stickers in the bag were already opened, I tried contacting doordash but they asked me to contact maccas tired doing that sending emails with photos attached. I am not after $5 return but seems like the chips were eaten and i am pretty sure this kind of incident has happened a lot cause, I would get it if there were fries in the bag but the bag had one small chips fallen into and half chips looking at that made me feel disgusted and disappointed cause its a safety and sanitary issue. I would suggest not to use maccas app to order your food, because they do not care even if your food is touched by someone else's bare hands.
I decided to give our nearest restaurant another chance, but once again, I was disappointed. I ordered a meal through the drive-thru, only to get home and realize that my daughter's happy meal was missing the chips. It shouldn't be that difficult to read an order and make sure everything is included in the bag or box. I tried calling the restaurant, but no one answered the phone. The staff at the drive-thru didn't even give me a receipt and quickly closed the window before I could ask for one. I went back to the restaurant to ask for a refund, but was told they could only replace the missing chips. I will definitely not be returning to this restaurant again.
Unfortunately, my experiences at the Collinswood Maccas have been consistently disappointing. The staff there seem indifferent, unlike the friendly service I receive at the Cumberland Park Maccas. On my last visit, I was served a grey, unidentifiable slush instead of a coke freeze. Instead of informing me that the machine was not working and offering an alternative drink, the staff served me an unpleasant concoction. There have been instances where my order was forgotten, resulting in a long wait and a disjointed meal with my partner. The quality of the food is also subpar, with stale items and brown lettuce being used. The store could benefit from a makeover, as the Cumberland Park location surpasses it in every way. Overall, customers simply expect to receive what they paid for in a timely and polite manner. The staff may be friendly, but the cleanliness, food preparation, and speed of service need improvement. Additionally, the constant issues with the ice machine are unacceptable. It is essential for a restaurant to have all items on the menu available during peak hours. While I hate to be critical, it is important for this restaurant to address the concerns of its customers, many of whom have left dissatisfied. Everyone has rough days at work, but it is crucial to provide customers with what they ordered and to avoid serving subpar items.

Confirmed this one is the worst McDonald's in Adelaide, been here about 10 times in the last 6 months because it's close to where I live, experience have always been pretty bad, always gave them the benefits of the doubt but this time I'm going to leave a review. Literally felt sick and had to stop after eating 1/4 of the food despite being starving. Rude drive through staff on a Friday night, its not even the rush hour, 10o'clock at night. The staff that took order spoke like we were wasting their time. And when we got our food they tipped all the fries in the bag and they went to the bottom of the bag so it looked like the fries container was empty, when we raised the issue with the girl that handed us the food, she just casually said they are in the bag so she knew what she did but didn't care, we asked her to rectify it politely and she just walked away and got a small fries, pushed it in my hand and walked away without saying anything. Not asking for customer service at a McDonald's but the staff don't even have basic manner. Got home and realised the coke has spilt into the cup holder in the car because the lid was not closed properly. But the most shocking part was their food, cold, dry and stale, this one has got to be the worst McDonald's in Adelaide. P.S: check out the pictures of the fillet o fish jerky and mc jerky.
