Shanghai Express - Collinsville

We?ve been working in Collinsville off and on for the last 6 months and they apparently just like to open whenever they want? It seems to change daily even though they have 11:30 posted. Got here today at noon and just closed. The food was good the one timewe were able to eat lunch but it?s so inconsistent.

Place has gone down hill. The food is really good, but the last four times we've ordered, we've ended up sitting there forever (well over the quoted time) for our food. Tonight, we were quoted 40 minutes for our order. Showed up after 35, and there werestill 7 orders ahead of ours to be made. Waiting room was full, and we didn't have time to wait for over an hour, so wecanceled. It's unfortunate because this used to be my favorite Chinese food in the Owasso area. Hope they get it together andget more staff before they lose all their business and have to close

Food was delicious. It was freshly cooked and hot when I picked up. The staff/owner was friendly to chat with. This place is mostly for take out, but I saw a few tables for dine in. This gem is located nicely in downtown of Collinsville in Oklahoma with many cool small shops. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

This restaurant has been consistently providing good food and service this year. It's next to the place where big city Christmas tree is displayed in the winter. Very easy to find. Eating space is limited. Very good for take out to share food with family and friends and at party gatherings. My kids love the fried rice and deep fried chicken. Food: 5 Service: 5
