Harvey's - Collingwood

I ordered the Christmas feast and had to ask for both my drink and dessert. I also saw another customer having to return to ask for their free Christmas dessert. The restaurant was clean and the food was delicious. It was a bit pricey but it was a nice treat for myself.

I am extremely disappointed with both the quality of the food and the service I received. Despite there being five employees working, I still had to wait 20 minutes for my meal.

I visited the drive-thru and everything was good, but it was a bit slow.

I had ordered a burger and poutine and noticed when I got home that unfortunately did not get the poutine. I called and they were very apologetic and said o could come back and get one right away or let them know the next time I came in. Today I returned and shared what happened and the manager owner was very responsive to my situation and not only took care of my poutine but also my burger tonight. Well done Swiss Chalet Harvey’s. This is why I come here quality but as importantly a care for customer service. This is the key for me and a true point of difference. Thank you for going above and beyond!Chris
