Newk's Eatery - Collierville

After waiting 30 minutes past my pickup time, I am told that they do not have over half of the ingredients to make a taco salad. The manager would not come out to address the issue after I asked twice to speak to them. 2/4/24

After four times of getting my order wrong and the food being pitiful, I'll give a review. One or two times is understandable to get orders wrong or have terrible food, but this Newks has never gotten my order wrong and usually takes at least 45 minutes to even fill your order. There are usually several customers waiting...and waiting to get their food and then, they have to stick around because the order is wrong or parts of the order were left out. So, we gave them four tries and four times they got it wrong and the food is not even subpar. We won't go there again.

My sandwich was so flat it looked like a bread sandwich. My girlfriend’s wasn’t much better. The pasta salad was almost just boiled noodles with a tiny bit of dressing added. Won’t be coming back here.

It's great just to expensive for everyday. 2 people $30.00!
