This review is mainly about service and the reservation experience but real quick about the food, it is typical for this type of restaurant, some of it is really good, some is terrible, but most is fine, especially finger foods while drinking beer and watching a game. The service tries hard but is ridiculously overwhelmed. Not sure the reason (trouble finding/retaining workers? but the end result is frustrating. If you are in a rush, or looking to have a quick bite, then this is not the place to go...they are understaffed. Regarding making reservations...when I read the reviews below where people talked about their opentable reservation not being recognized, I ignored it...figured it was a fluke. But when I walked in there and said I had a reservation they looked at me like i had two heads. When I mentioned I made it through opentable, I must have sprouted a third based on how they looked at me...they had no idea what I was talking about and no way to look it up or verify it. Basically, I was told they would just seat me next (ahead of some folks that were waiting ...they didn't, but that's fine, I kind of felt bad to go ahead of them. Real takeaway here is: 1 The reservation process through opentable is a broken process...should be addressed by opentable as soon as possible or there are going to be more frustrated customers and that will be bad for OT and BWW. 2 Make sure you are not in a rush...but please don't blame it on the waitstaff...they are trying...they need some help...

Its buffalo wild wings. Lots of fried food and mediocre service, but at least they have Sunday ticket. My particular server was obviously itching to get me out of her zone so she could get some fresh customers, which was a little off-putting given the venue.

Tried the pumpkin bbq spice, yea... don’t. Service was great no pressure was given and you will feel relaxed

My rsvp was not honored. I had a 930 reservation- hostess told me on “event” nights reservations are not accepted. Why allow me to make a reservation if it will not be valid???

Server was pleasant and knowledgeable. Food was delicious. Atmosphere a little young for us. We are in our 50s. More expensive than we thought it should be for dinner with no alcohol.
