Grandma C's Kitchen - Colfax

Quaint little coffee shop off of I80 makes a great pit stop while traveling through. The bagel bombs are absolutely divine!

This place is awesome if you're ever in downtown Colfax, they have awesome coffee burritos all kinds of treats as well. Pretty sure they even have a nice bowl of water for your fur babies so you can sit outside and enjoy your coffee.

I cute little shop in historic downtown Colfax. I LOVE the bagel bombs! Yummy bagel-like baked goods with various fillings like bacon, sausage, cheddar or jalapeños, instead of toppings.

Tip drive 5 minutes past Star to find this tiny gem of a cafe! Everything is handmade and delicious and FRESH! I recommend the bagel bombs and danish. Bring cookies and scones home for later. Seriously, it is a do not miss stop on your way from here to there. Trust me. I am a mom.

Love the food and all the great pictures hanging all over the walls , it has a very relaxed vibe , the owner is extremely hard working and super friendly, always a pleasure to see his smiling face while being served , mom loves this place , we feel right at home.
