The Waubic - Coldwater

Another fabulous meal at The Waubic. Food is excellent and portions generous. Everyone is very friendly and the atmosphere is fun and inviting. Do miss put on this great experience on the Severn River.

A Gem on the wate, the must stop place on the Trent water ways if your travelling by boat or take the water taxi over, and enjoy the warmth and hospitality these folks offer. Nothing like homemade meals and breads, the fish and chips is a must have along with a order of river bread.

We passed by this place on our trip last year and couldn't wait to give it a try. After docking, we stayed for lunch then dinner (nachos were delicious) and docked here overnight. Great crowd including the dogs that are here to greet you. Many of the guests will be staying tonight for the live music. We have to head out but to our next honeymoon destination but I'm sure tonight will be amazing at The Waubic!

A great experience all around. The food, atmosphere, weather, water...a great place to eat and stay. We'll be back soon!

We try to go every year to get our fish and chip fix! We stay one night and head back to Lake Simcoe the next day.
