The staff showed no interest in providing allergy information. They claimed there was no allergy menu and suggested there may not be any options for us. After persistent questioning, we were given an allergy folder, but they still could not confirm the ingredients used. There were no dairy-free ice cream options available, only one sorbet dish. This lack of variety was disappointing and did not meet the needs of our children with allergies in a family-friendly venue.

I loved the waffles even tho they were too waffley they tasted so waffle like with waffle textures and waffle ice cream thank you for your time

I come here regularly because my kids love it. But the service is consistently terrible. Just ordered 6 deserts for our family. 5 came out together, the other one came after we’d all finished. In the gap in between, several other tables got their deserts. I complained but the duty manager just defended their process. It happens every time we come. Just need a decent competitor to open up and I’m done with this place

This restaurant is very unpleasant. The bathrooms are filthy and look like they haven't been cleaned since opening. There was no toilet paper available. My partner witnessed an employee sneezing into a glass while making a milkshake near the kitchen, which put us off ordering any milkshakes. We opted for ice cream and waffles instead. We should have left after seeing that incident. I used to enjoy Kaspas when it first opened, but the quality has significantly declined. The staff, although young, were friendly. However, cleanliness seems to be a major issue. The menus were dirty, sticky, and covered in food, some were even falling apart. It's not the same as when it first opened and I doubt we will be returning.

This area is really clean and tidy, the staff are really friendly when serving guests and go above and beyond to make people happy! The food was lush and is a definite must do if ever visiting. Everything is so tasty and it’s got massive portions for a reasonable price! It’s fit for everyone not matter what you like!
