Golden Pizza - Colchester

Do not use this place to order any food absolutely dreadfully All I wanted was a chicken kabab and I don’t know what exactly i got , so small half of a pitta bread tiny bits of what was spoiled chicken Absolutely Hopeless

I ordered a pizza for delivery, but the driver brought it to the wrong address. When the food finally arrived, it was cold. The driver was rude and even threw the food in the bin. He was also disrespectful to my friend, who was celebrating her birthday. I have never had issues with this restaurant in the past, but because of this experience, I will not be ordering from here again. I will be looking for delivery options elsewhere from now on.

Ordered for my son kebab smelt and tasted funny manager wouldnt acceot it no replacement sent only weak apology offered suggeted i go to restaurant to see how its cooked (insisted it was cooked fresh) wont be ordering again had to bin the food

1 hour 30 minutes of waiting for order to be delivered they decide to cancel as too far away 3-5 days for a refund through foodhub awful service from both companies

Ordered donner meat and chips, then spent the night being sick and with diarrhoea. Called the place the next day to advise them and not interested I one bit.
