Bidrage med feedbackThe heavyset male (assuming he's the manager) was rude and aggressive with other customers, refused to remake messed up food, and with the way he was speaking to other customers, should be fired. Both my burgers were dried out and burnt like they were sitting there for 6+ hours like McDonald's is famous for. (my experience was 3/12/24 roughly 1030pm)
Getting to be a little expensive lately and they need to have people out and in the room where the tables are because these kids were being vulgar and calling me names when I went in there to grab some fries I didn't say anything for him they just started harassing
I've ordered from this McDonald's so many times and they ALWAYS forget something. I worked at McDonald's for years so I know stuff happens but it's getting ridiculous it's every single time.
I went Monday night around 10 pm tall guy look like gay sai rude to me and they just slow don’t want to care customers worse place don’t go there they don’t respect customers stupid people
Went to this drive through on Saturday 1-27-24… as with some McDonald’s drive throughs the 1st window had no one at it to pay so I moved forward to pay and receive my order. The very pleasant lady at the 2nd window handed me my order and being HONEST I told her I hadn’t paid yet and she looked puzzled and said it shows you’ve paid. I said no I didn’t because there was no one at the first window when I stopped. She said ok hold on (still holding my card . She disappeared and came back with who I assume was the manager that particular night. He looked at me with disgust and said you didn’t pay at the first window? I said no no one was there!! He looked up at the screen and then yelled…(at ME “ YOU SCREWED UP MY WHOLE LINE!! NOW I GOTTA GO BACK AND FIX EVERYTHING!! YOU SHOULD HAVE PAID AT THE FIRST WINDOW!! (Even though there was no one AT the first window! he told the lady to “NEVER MIND” and she gave me my card back.. THAT manager had NOT ONE OUNCE of customer service… had I not been in a hurry I would have WENT IN TO “SPEAK” with him about the way I was treated!!! ABSOLUTELY UNCALLED FOR!!! His incompetency to run his shift and employees should NOT be taken out on an HONEST paying customer!!!
