I ordered a cheese pastel for take out for over $6. In the way home I noticed the cheese was not melted and not cooked as it should be so I called the store. The person on the phone said he never heard about any customer complaining about it before. I said well it is always a first time. He told me to come back to show it to him but I said I was too far already and had another appointment and if I could go back later or another day to get another one. He said no that he could do nothing for me. Well at least they could return the money or give me a coupon. It shouldn't be like that. It was a simple fix. Bottom line... horrible customer service, a pricey and bad food.
