This place has really gone down hill.My son said his tortellini was horrible. It was under cooked, barely anything in the bowl and tasted horrible. AND it was $12.00!My noodles were undercooked and it gave me the runs.The bathroom is disgusting. The toilet had splatter all over it. The place in general is run down. No wonder it was empty when we were in there. Never again..

Everything was bad about this restaurant, especially the dirty shabby dining ambience!

We picked up carryout order from this chain restaurant, expected the same quality as other locations. Nope. Food tasted stale, seasoning awful. Wont return.

The service and atmosphere were fine. When I ate here they were not asking if customers wanted to dine in or take out, resulting in several people eating in with takeout containers. The food itself is the majority of the reason for the low review. It just wasn't good. I got the roasted garlic cream tortellini and was disappointed by the lack of flavor.

To start I ordered on line and it took my food over 45 minutes to be ready. They weren’t crowded or anything. The employees were irritated with each other. The chicken was so salty that I had to throw it away. Wasted my time and money.
