Edo Sushi - Cockeysville

This cute little spot is located in the padonia strip center. Easy parking. Quiet place and you can BYOB or Wine. Sushi is made fresh and always tastes yummy. They have literally every kind of sushi and sashimi. Or ask and they will make it for you. The staff is knowledgeable and a assist if you need anything explained. There is a lot of take out from here. As whenever I'm there people stream in and out picking up orders. They do have a few other menu items available other than sushi. The place is a bit old when you go in and could use an update but don't let that discourage you from trying this place!

We have been coming to Edo since they first opened in 1997. The sushi was great then and is still great now. I've never had a disappointing meal here. We mostly do carry out but occasionally eat in. Staff is always friendly and attentive. Best spicy tuna rolls I've had and volcano is always a favorite as well!

Great sashimi platter. Very fresh food, both pleasing to the eyes and stomach. I will definitely go there again.

The best sushi I've had since traveling to Tokyo. I highly recommend the spicy scallops rolls. 8pc. roll. Fresh scallop and sticky rice. Sweet potato tempura roll was also delicious. We go here a few times a year and are never disappointed. The staff is wonderful and super friendly. Like family we've been going there for over a decade. We just like the high quality fish.

Love to order their party platters- great service, always ready on time for pick up. Sushi and rolls fresh- reasonably priced for the amount of food and arranged beautifully- a big hit at parties
