Absolutely incredible! Tony has been in Cochrane for quite some time and still remains one of the best restaurants in town over all. The beef sate with peanut is my favorite, very flavorful, and has a kick to it. But all of the soups are great. Cochrane’s authentic Vietnamese noodle house is a real gem. 30C chicken curry noodle soup is amazing, and full of flavour. The chicken and shrimp salad rolls are excellent. Tony, the owner is super friendly and goes out of his way to remember the customers.
