Food was fresh and hot. Good KFC to pick up your food.

Fries feel like they were made yesterday. I'd assume they do not cook food fresh or even in a reasonable timeframe. All the food was stale and seemed old.

I wish there was an option for zero stars. They should honestly close this location. I'm infuriated that I spend money here. I try so hard to get food at different places in town and not hold grudges when I receive bad service or gross food in case it was a bad day for the restaurant. But I literally just spent over $30 to eat what's tasted like 2 day old food. Do not eat here. Go to popeyes or even McDonald's instead! Disgusting food and it's a waste of time to go back every time and get new food.

I was on my way home, another hour away and I wanted a bucket of chicken; which I ordered. I told the young man, I would like a bucket of chicken, not crispy, just chicken . He never asked me anything, seemed to understand what I was asking, paid for it, went to my car to get thermos bag, came back, he handed me my order . Drove home opened the bucket and there was, popcorn chicken, chicken strips and soggy fries.? I will never stop here again, the only reason I gave 2 stars was the fellow who served me was friendly and these days, that is not often the case.

We just bought some chicken from this location on May 2nd/2023, my daughter woke up with pain in her stomach and threw up immediately after. I’m a cook and I know when someone has got food poisoning and my daughter got it because these employees who work there on that day couldn’t keep their health standards at a professional level.My father actually said that one of the chickens was still cold in the centre, I thought maybe because we live outside of town and the drive may have got the food cold. In this case no! They served us food that they barely cooked. My little brother went to bed with an aching stomach as well. So this adds to the mess as well. I am not very happy.We will be callling their management in the morning and if nothing is done then we will continue on with further actions.Do better Cochranes KFC. You guys are giving this location and the company’s name a bad reputation.
