Dunkin' - Cochituate

Why do you accept mobile orders, have 4 employees standing around and im still sitting there waiting 5 min fir an order i placed two miles away from the location!!!! Ended up leaving without my damn order since i have a 40 min drive to work!

The morning staff here is so sweet. Makes going here every morning a complete joy. The drinks are not always consistent, but I know it gets busy. That is a big bummer, but honestly I love Dunkin' and the staff in the AM is sooo sweet. :

Mobile orders regularly take upwards of 15-20 minutes. Just go somewhere else.

Afternoon service is HORRIBLE. I was waiting for an online order for 15 minutes not one employee out of 3 acknowledged me or asked me what I was waiting for then to get a coolata that is barely made correctly the consistency was syrup with crushed ice, not a frozen drink at all.
