Restaurant Pontos - Coburg

We waited one hour just for appetizers, that’s what we ordered because we are almost all vegetarian, the place wasn’t even packed and they could even mess up bread, I mean Bread ! it was tasting like a burning pan! The rice was bad as well, fish also. We are just out of the restaurant now and all of us feel weird in our lower belly, avoid this restaurant if you don’t want to spend your later evening in the bathroom

Friendly people, quietness and best Greek food in my opinion in town. Pontos offers a big variety of dishes. Desert galaktombureko is fantastic.

Eat well. The portions should have been a little bigger. Service was friendly. Everything took a little longer, but this was communicated. The boss also donated cafe to apologize. Modern furnishings. Large garden, you don't see from the main road.

A very good Greek! We had room outside. The staff was friendly and the selection on the map was good. Order and get food in a reasonable time. It tasted really good, above all not all tasted “equally”, but was seasoned differently, which is not always the case with Greeks. At the Pontos in Coburg! All meat dishes on the plate were prepared on the spot and, as already said, seasoned. That's it. If I'm back in Coburg, I'll go back to Pontos.

Very friendly service, price performance fits. An ouzo is served and you also get a little to taste from the kitchen. Food tastes fresh and it is freshly prepared. Very recommended. It's our regular Greek now. Keeps everything smooth. Top, on so!
