When someone picks up a job, the customer service is terrible. I'm waiting for over 20 minutes to find out that my food is sitting there and no one is harassing, even checking on me. No matter how good it is, this kind of experience tends everything.

When they eat in the restaurant, they are prepared for delicious burgers with a side of incredibly bad music.

Very tasty menu, generous burgers and sides. Chips done to perfection. Especially love the spicy chicken burger. Vege and Vegan options means everyone is being looked after.

I regularly get their Hot Bird Vegan Burger which is reliably good every time. Crazy tasty. And their chips are crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside and full of flavour.
