Pizzeria Prima Strada - Cobble Hill

Absolutely the worst pizza experience ever. Order the mushroom pizza and it did actually have a small quantity of mushrooms, thinly distributed on a flaccid crust. My guest arrived at the same conclusion never again.

A List for pizza and beer!! The pizza is thin crust, quality ingredients and will satisfy 2 people. The beer was some of the best I have enjoyed in a while. I recommend the Red Arrow beer by the name of Kolsh. Refreshing. The place has more of a small town feel. Service was excellent and some of the best I have had prompt, friendly, accurate and accommodating. This would be a great meet up spot. Very enjoyable. As always, for real. You be the judge.

My husband and I visited this place twice while on vacation! I will admit that our favorite food is pizza and we are easy to please when it comes to pizza but this place was top notch! They served neopolitan pizza and it was the bomb! We tried four types of pizza. We tried the Margarita, Quattro formaggi, the Salsiccia piccante and a special pizza with salami, sweet onions and idk what else but was so delicious! We also ordered a calzone to go bc why not!? The man near to us at the restaurant was raving about them and let me tell ya it was something to rave about! So good!

This was our first time at this location but we have eaten at the Cook Street location many times and loved it. This location is very large and has a nice comfortable atmosphere with large windows. We ordered our usual pizzas, Fungi, and Margarita which are usually super tasty but this time they we not so great. The pizzas are usually drizzled with olive oil but these ones were drenched. So much so that it was running off and pooling on the plate. The crust was also thicker than usual which wasn't that big of a deal, it was just much chewier than we are used to and didn't have as many nice crunchy bubbles that you expect with Neapolitan style pizza.

We went on the second day they were open and the service was too slow. We trust they'll get faster but it was surprising given how many employees they had working and how few other tables were there. It took 45 minutes to get our pizzas. That being said, they were delicious as always when they finally did arrive. Looking forward to going again.
