Whilst travelling with some colleagues we embarked upon the Chinese Restaurant at the Cobar Bowling and Golf Club.Our approach was to order a selection from the menu with my personal highlight the sweet and sour duck inspired by the eating habits of legendary cricketer BC Lara on the eve of his 277 against Australia in the Sydney Test Match.Add a couple of glasses of refreshing ginger ale and some good company, you have yourself a magnificent culinary option when travelling to Cobar.

Wow!! Loved it. So friendly and welcoming. Extremely cold beer and great Chinese.

Great food, inexpensive, tasty, child-friendly, clean, parking, open bar, bowling green, what could you ask for more?

That was delicious. the best prawn cocktail in the city.
