This is the third time I ordered from this Taco Bell for delivery and each time I never got my Diablo sauce or napkins. So annoying. Why is Taco Bell so stingy with their hot sauces?
I experienced the worst customer service I 've ever experienced and for that, this is the first bad review I leave on a restaurant. Julius L who I was told by another staff member came from Taco Bell on Bob Hope gave us the crappiest attitude while we were ordering our food. Julius gave us attitude the entire time we were ordering despite me pointing out the tone he was having when we 're just trying to order our food. When I drove up to the window and asked the staff on the window if he was the individual taking our order, he answered with attitude, Do you see me with a head set . Both staff members gave us attitude even after complaining again and recommended for us to just complain online . Overall the shittiest customer service I 've encountered! Definitely never returning back!
No bag gave me my whole order in my hands I was gonna ask for bag but the girl was rude
We waited in line for 20 minutes and no workers let us know that they were closing an hour early. There was a line full of people waiting and the male employee with dark curly hair would not let us know, they refused to talk back in the speaker although we were asking. We then pulled up to the window since there was a long line behind us and no response from the speaker and at the window they wouldnt open it and the employee just made a hand gesture across his neck to signal they stopped taking orders i guess?? They let so many people wait in line for 20+ minutes and wouldn't tell us that they decided to close an hour early. Guess its taco bell so i don't expect much to begin with but it was frustrating that they wouldn't just tell customers that they closed early.
