Castañeda's Mexican Food - Coachella

In my experience I DO NOT recommend it. very bad food dry, cold and tasteless They serve you very reluctantly with laziness as if you were going to ask for free food.

So, my family and I were in Palm Springs the other night and we got hungry. We found this Mexican restaurant and it was so good! The line was long, but the service was great. The food was amazing! I'm so glad they're open 24 hours.

Castañedas has authentic mexican food. I sometimes go in the evenings when I don't want to cook dinner and it hits the spot. Amanda takes my orders and she is very delightful and customer service oriented.

I don 't know what it 's like during the day but at night the food is very bad. I ordered some nachos and the meat and everything was cold, the cheese wasn 't even melted. The meat of the pastor taco was pure fat and skin. I do not recommend it. Maybe during the day it 's better, I don 't know. The place was also very dirty. It is very good that they have 24-hour service but they should improve the facilities a little and make sure that the food is hot and the place clean Dietary restrictions: I have a gluten allergy and after eating the carne asada nachos I got very sick to my stomach (although technically it should be gluten free) I don 't recommend taking risks in a place like this. There is a lot of cross contamination and the seasonings probably contain gluten

If you are Mexican and are looking for a place for Mexican food, this is the place, the portions are large, the flavor is very good and the service is fast, the best thing is that they have 24 hour service
