Chef's Stage Kitchen - 元朗區

This is my favourite place for famous meat steaks, which is that I usually want steak for medium rare. I had never found another restaurant to cook steaks better than this restaurant; I also love drinking hot Cappuccino here. But I haven't tried to order alcohol here.

The restaurant is so nice, it is nicely decorated and it is not too crowded, it is rather cozy. The mango salad is good, the prawns are quite large and it is so bouncy. Together with mango, it is very sweet and goes well with the salad. Overall it is light and fresh. The mushroom soup is so creamy, with a bit of truffle flavor, it is not too thick nor too watery, it is quite fulfilling.

某周日11:35去到，11:45點餐。 點飲品時要一杯咖啡， 職員聲稱講咖啡機壞咗 我估唔到一餐一百多元都冇咖啡飲 然後過了大約5分鐘， 隔籬枱一位美女點cappuccino， 然後個職員聲稱咖啡機壞咗 但是否介意多等一下就有咖啡。 咁點解你唔問我等唔等多一陣？ 嚴重懷疑職員以貌取人 只係星期日想飲杯咖啡都咁困難 唔通用膳都要化個全妝 星期日想放鬆一下都唔得 職員對住我個另一邊的外國人士情侶 又適得笑笑口講英文服侍到人哋好開心 嗯 本地人被冷眼 喺元朗都變成咁 唔知道，我以為我去咗中上環Tim 如果要去嘅朋友記得講英文千祈唔好用粵語 食物質素還可以，不過服務態度絕對垃圾。 雖然侍應幾靚仔，不過服務態度絕對不值得再次光顧。
