Arby's - Cloverdale

We stopped in about 8:30pm Friday night to order 2 regular roast beef dinners. No one was at the register to take the order. It seems they are significantly under staffed. The trash cans were all full to overflowing, the floors were sticky, the tables hadn't been wiped down. After my order was taken it took well over 10 minutes before my name was called.

There is always trash on the floor and dirty tables, only complaint

The floors were super slick. Need a solid degreaseing. Food was hot and as ordered. Got a lemonade that was 75% ice to lemonade.

The older female manager of this location has the disposition of a billy goat. She is unapologetically rude to her guests for no apparent reason. I was greated with attitude for going through the drive-thru to pickup my order placed online. After waiting patiently at the speaker I informed her my name and that I had an online order. She immediately responded with It 's ready inside . I proceeded to the window and she handed my order out and slammed the window shut. She refused to look back at me and just stood there. I guess providing service to your paying customers is viewed as an inconvenience.

Slowest fastfood place in Coverdale IN the line moves quicker than the service as many people just give up and drive away.
