Halfmoon Diner Incorporated

I am an original boot builder of the replica half moon ship in Albany and presented as a cover photo on this restaurant menu, so I was thrilled to eat in this facility. The atmosphere is vintage dinner with many chrome highlights. The dining area is spacious and capable of moderate size groups of Diners. The staff offers fast and efficient service. I chose a roared fisherman plate that looked like a just amount of food. However, the food was tasteless and obviously was not frozen fresh. The sole was cold at the bottom and not paleable. The scallops were absolutely tasteless and rubbery. The shells were only seasoned by the spices. What a shame to put this dish on the table from food. I spoke to bullets who ordered the same court and reported a similar disappointment. This meal is neither a person eat nor should the restaurant try to sell it as something. Very disappointing experience for lunch.

Great diner selections. Was very busy but got seated quickly. However my triple decker turkey sandwich had no mayo or any other dressing so was very dry. Any they brought me the wrong fries.

I finally have a chance to stop by this wonderful diner for a nice lunch. Waitress Bianca, she's super friendly and sincere, great service and food quality. Thumps Up !!! ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ?

First time, and I gotta say it is amazing! I looked at many reviews for this place, dont be fooled by someone saying something negative. I'd give this place 10 stars if I could. My family and I loved this place and we will most certainly be going back again. Our waiter was nice, extremely quick, and very focused.

The host was unnecessarily rude to us when the other half of our party arrived 5 mins after we did making rude comments, glaring at us and making us feel uncomfortable. The food (breakfast) was marginal at best. Our waitress was pleasant though and no complaints with her service. Ultimately, we wouldn't return though.
