I would absolutely recommend 42 deli to anyone looking for a delicious, friendly, and welcoming dining atmosphere! It is very hard to find good food in the “mountains” and I am so thankful we found 42 deli and their lovely staff and food!! ?

Sandwiches were excellent and satisfied some of the more selective eaters in our crew. Also, the ladies were each super gracious. All nestled on a picturesque small town street.

I worked in restaurants for many years and im very experienced with good food and great service. The sandwiches here are prepared correctly and the staff is incredibly nice and welcoming. Every time i walk in im greeted with sincere greetings and warm smiles. Whenever im having a bad day i try to make a point to come here because these people always put a smile on my face no matter what. Best food in Clifton Forge no contest.

Best Italian sub I've ever had, hands down. They use quality meats and it shows. Not many local places like this anymore. Great menu options for everyone!
