Boss Dog Brewing - Cleveland Heights

Visiting from Florida, we came here because a family member was the live entertainment. We ordered an appetizer and beers right when we came in. The appetizer came out very quickly and was good. We waited 45 minutes before they brought our beers. We asked 3 different staff members in that time and they kept saying they were on the way. We witnessed multiple parties leaving due to the slow service.

I love Boss Dog Brewing for their great beers and even better food. My husband took me here for the first time on Valentine’s Day and I’ve been where in other occasions like office parties.Food: 5/5

My western style burger was sent out without the fried crispy onions on it. The kitchen didn't notify me when I ordered it. I would have just ordered something else. But the bartender made it worth it. I wasn't completely happy, but the drinks were good and so was the service.

Great patio perfect on a warm CLE evening or afternoon. Lovely place. We ordered burgers veggie w a salad and a regular burger w fries. Standard fare. What we LOVE is that you can bring your dog with you that was nice and we met other people who wanted to say ‘hi’ to our dog that made the evening!Vegetarian options: Salads are good and veggie burgers tooParking: Lot behind and garage parking

I was excited to finally come here. The bar looked great. AND it happened to be trivia night!! That was a huge bonus! It was a little hard to hear where we sat however, the app they used helped with that.The beer was pretty good and they had all different kinds.The price of things were pretty reasonable too.The service..... As we waited for about half an hour for a table. I noticed one server who continually kept coughing on his arm and pretty much into people's stuff as the server walked because their hands were full. I prayed we didn't get that person but we did. Getting the server's attention was extremely hard and we had to plan out our drinks in order to make sure we could order ahead of time for how long it took to come out.We decide to stick to the appetizer menu and try out different things. Over the things that we tried they were just okay. We even ordered wings which I was happy to see the size and the fact that they were a whole real chicken wing. However they came out at room temperature at best. To be honest most of the things we tried were not very warm.
