Great food and service! Had a miscommunication on my order and the waitress quickly resolved it with no issue. Enjoyed the meal with good people.

This place is odd and not very clean. Also the was a hair in my food.

I have been going to Shays for along time, even though the owners have changed, but the food remains the same,good food, nice atmosphere, waitress, staff, has pleasant gesture of themselves. I like it. Go see for yourself !!!!

Ohmygod! Wonderful neighborhood diner, so rare in Cleveland. Locally owned and operated, it’s a real gem!?
