Proof - Cleveland

Hands down one of the best BBQ brisket spots I’ve had in Cleveland. The food is amazing. The service was super fast and the staff is so nice. Definitely must try!

I heard they had the best ribs in town. They did not disappoint. You could literally pull the bones out of the meat and they came out perfectly clean. The meat was so tender it melted in my mouth. If you love ribs, this is the place to go in cleveland.

Came by for dinner while on s business trip and being from Texas I needed to see what Ohio bbq was like. Proof has a really cool kinda modern speakeasy vibe. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Got a blackberry bourbon Mule and it was superb! I will say though I was a tiny hesitant to drink it because the bartender picked through five containers of moldy blackberries to have enough for the drink. For my meal I got the brisket with thier spicy sauce and sides of mac n cheese and slaw. The brisket I got was sadly mostly fatty pieces and lacked good bbq flavor. The sauce had no spice and was the most bland bbq sauce I've ever had. Now the sides were absolutely bomb and in my opinion saved the meal. The mac n cheese was rich, creamy, cheesy goodness. The slaw was a nice vinegar base with crispy veggies, perfect for cutting the richness of the mac.

Cool patio area. They’re connected to a pizza place, so you can also get pizza there (that’s really good).

Cozy basement bar, really enjoyed the atmosphere. It's pretty small but never got too loud.All of the meat looked delicious, my mushroom tacos were pretty good! Mac and cheese was also delicious. Give it a try!
